Total number of permanent Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) employees at the end of the reporting year [calendar or financial] prior to the year for which data is being provided. FTEs are calculated based on the working time specified in the employment contract as of 12/31. Example: 1 part-time employee = 0.5 FTE. 1 employee working 4/5 time = 0.8 FTE
