Number of women on the Board of Directors at the end of the reporting year [calendar or financial] (headcount) (For US, and other countries where legally accepted, women defined as female-identifying individuals, not exclusively cisgender individuals). A board member is an individual belonging to the member-elected top governing body of the company (often including non-executive members).
