If no transition plan is in place, when will one be adopted?
CSRD
1. Date of Adoption of Transition Plan for Undertakings Not Having Adopted a Transition Plan Yet
Transition Plan Adoption Date:
If the company has not yet adopted a transition plan, it must disclose the anticipated date for the formal adoption of its climate transition plan. This is an indication of the company's commitment to aligning its operations with climate goals, such as net-zero emissions or limiting global warming to 1.5°C.
Planned Timeline for Adoption:
Specify when the company expects to formally approve and implement the transition plan (e.g., Q3 2025, end of 2025, or next fiscal year).
If no firm date is set yet, provide a reason for the delay and outline the current status of the plan’s development (e.g., under review, in consultation with stakeholders, or awaiting board approval).
