Diversity & inclusion policy

GP has a policy that specifically addresses matters in relation to diversity and inclusion (e.g., creating a diverse working environment and an inclusive culture). This can be - but does not have to be - a separate, standalone policy. Some examples of diversity in the workplace include gender diversity, age diversity and ethnic diversity.
